I am always making soups.. they are versatile, quick, cheap and healthy to make. They can consist of literally anything you fancy and can be enjoyed hot or cold.. Here are a few of my favs!
Indian Pea and Potato
My fall back winter soup when we have leftover tatties to be used..
Pea and Mint
A fresh soup I usually enjoy cold in summer
Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic
Warming, hearty and full of flavour.
A mix of vegetables packed with chilli and spice
Detox and Cleanse Chilli, Ginger and Marrow
Perfect if you have a cold, or if you fancy a cleanse or detox
A tofu soup with a creamy coconut milk base..
Simple vegetable broth, with vegetable seasoning..the one and only vegetable soup!!
